Request a Return

If you need to return an item, simply create a returns request within 30 days of your order date, and we'll promptly send you a return label. Please note that all online orders must be returned through this process to ensure accurate and timely processing. If your order was ordered more than 30 days ago, contact our team for help with this return.

Send items back

Place your item(s) into the original parcel bag and post it back to PUMA. If you are using the original box/satchel, please remove or completely cover/obscure the original shipping label.

Refund processed

Once your items have been received, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note refunds may take 5-7 days to process from date of reception in our facilities.

THINGS TO KNOW

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of purchase.	Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging and tags, unless flawed or defective. We do not accept returns of socks, underwear, and water bottles.	Whilst it is free to return your goods to PUMA, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable, and we can only offer one free return per order. If you wish to return something else from your order later, this will be at your own expense.
If you discover a flaw or defect with your product, please contact us as soon as you can so we can assess. You may also have certain rights and remedies under consumer law.	Any items purchased in store should be returned back to a store.	We're unable to exchange online purchases. Start a return above to return your purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
