Orders can take up to 4 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse. However, during sale periods we ask to allow an additional 1-3 business days for orders to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer free standard shipping across New Zealand for all orders over $150. For all orders under $150, the regular shipping cost is $11.

Your Shippit Tracking ID will have been sent to you via email when your order was dispatched, and is also available as a direct link on your My Account page.
If you have yet to receive an email with your tracking, that simply means your order has yet to be dispatched. Do not worry, rest assured we have your order and will dispatch it as quickly as possible. You can also track your package directly with NZ Post here, which due to delays in the NZ Post systems at the moment can sometimes be more up to date and accurate than the Shippit tracking.
All orders purchased on nz.puma.com ship from our warehouse in Australia. Orders over $400 NZD may incur additional customs duties, payable to New Zealand Customs directly. PUMA itself assumes no responsibility or liability for any additional duties or charges that may be incurred.
