What are the last delivery dates for Christmas?

We recommend ordering as early as possible to get gifts in plenty of time for holiday celebrations, please note the last order date provided by New Zealand post is Saturday 14 December.

*This date is a guideline only and may be impacted by adverse weather conditions or issues with the postal carrier.

 

How long will my delivery take?

From the time of dispatch, please refer to the below delivery estimations by region:

Auckland & Wellington: 1-2 working days

Rural North Island: 2-3 working days

Christchurch & South Island: 2-4 working days

How long until my order will ship?

Orders can take up to 3 working days (excluding public holidays in Auckland) to be dispatched from our warehouse. However, during sale periods please allow an additional 1-3 working days for orders to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How much will delivery cost?

We offer free standard shipping across New Zealand for all orders over $100. For all orders under $100, the regular shipping fee is $8.

How do I track my order and delivery status?

You will be provided a tracking link with your invoice via email once your order has been shipped.

If you have yet to receive an email with your tracking, that simply means your order has yet to be dispatched. Do not worry, rest assured we have your order and will dispatch it as quickly as possible. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. All orders purchased on nz.puma.com can only be shipped within New Zealand. Visit here to be sent to a PUMA online store in your country if available.
